We turn our pieces on a lathe. Our product line includes useful items such as salad bowls, wine stoppers, salt and pepper shakers, pepper grinders, table lamps and clocks. The creative side of our work includes one of a kind art pieces, made for their beauty and to display the feelings that they provoke in us. Wood is a wonderful medium. The design can be simple and the wood plentiful. On the other hand it can be complex and the wood rare. Even some common woods can be decorated with nature's paint brush making them rare. We obtain all of our wood from renewable sources to insure a plentiful supply for generations to come. Special orders and designs are welcome. We have made quite a few items from a family tree on the old homestead. These items are wonderful keepsakes to be handed down from one generation to another. | Our one of a kind pieces are sanded smooth and finished with a hand rubbed polyurethane oil that has proven to be quite durable. The kitchen-ware items are finished with a walnut oil based finish that can be hand washed and periodicaly touched up with either walnut or mineral oil.
